Whats new?

in everyone's life?

I haven't been around because my mom has been here. Her and J went to look at apts on Saturday. She thinks she has one lined up for her. She could move in this coming weekend. She is now gone to the hotel in Denver to start work tomorrow.

Its interesting that when she is here, J and I are at each others throat. She leaves, and life is fine. Funny how that works.

No school Friday and teacher work day next Monday.

Just chilling with the cat this weekend (yup, I'm that lady). Only four weeks left of internship, five weeks left of school until graduation! Very much looking forward to it

And parents can bring out the worst in us haha. I totally get it. That's great that she may have already found an apartment!

That is how it works. Our arguments always start because of one of our parents.

The house is coming along well. This past week we picked carpet, tile, countertops, I submitted the paint order, we looked at plumbing fixtures... I've been very busy. But the entire house is framed. The roofers actually started on Saturday. It's been fun watching it go up though. My whole life is basically about the house.

Happy to hear the house is going well.

We've been watching the house behind us go up, but we're getting to the point where there's not a lot going on outside anymore.

Yeah, we are going to be there soon too. All that really has to be done yet outside is the siding and the roof. I did put more pictures up.

From what I can tell on the outside they seem to be down to the siding and some trim work. And the yard, but that won't get done til later I know. No idea on the inside. We haven't gone over to peek into any windows....

We tend to argue or get annoyed with each other more when one of our parents is visiting as well.

Can't wait to see pictures of your house. We went and looked at a house last night. It looked nice with potential in the pictures but we were concerned because they didn't have picture of any rooms in the basement or of the bathrooms. Well doing the walk though we know why now. Yuck! That house is a definite NO!!!

I hope you find something soon though Michelle. That sounds gross. That's how it always went for us too. Looked nice in the pictures, and horrible in person.
