Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thanks you! Eliza Mae is from my mom's side. George is my dad and Everett is Jeff's dad's middle name. I like family names.
I have a lot of sick days, but I don't want to use many now because any day above 90 degrees in June, I'm calling out. I am only entitled to 6 weeks paid from the date of birth of the baby. Since the baby is arriving in the summer, I won't need all of the days, but I want to save for next year in case I need them. I'll probably only use about 3 weeks worth of days in September if the baby arrives on time.
