  I love this thread!! Makes me feel better about my own quirks!

  
  

  I touch my thumb to each of my fingertips while I walk. My coworker caught me and thought I was be cute and "feminine" but really it's just an odd habit. I kiss my finger and touch the visor in my car when I go through a yellow light. I also always have to go to bed before Tom. Even if it's just 5 minutes, long enough for me to get in bed and him lock up/shut off the lights. It makes me feel more secure for some reason.

  Thought of another.. If we go out to eat, I cannot sit with my back to the door. I have to be facing the door (or facing the most people/ biggest part of the room) so that I can watch and be aware of any danger.

  T-TTC since Dec 2008. PCOS/nonexistant cycles(anovulation) and endo. HSG in '10 revealed both tubes blocked. Lap surgery in Dec '10 to correct. Failed Clomid/IUI and injectable(Bravelle)/IUI cycles so far.

  DH has to do this. His theory is that he will be able to spot danger first and react.
  
  DH said my other quirks are when I am nervous I twirl and pull the ends of my hair. I won't pull it out but it's like a security blanket in a way.

  I count everything, have to eat my M&Ms in rainbow order, and have to do my make-up the same exact way every day. If I do something out of order or on the wrong side first I have to convince myself it's not the end of the world (I'd start over, but I'm too lazy and don't want to waste any make-up). I also have to sleep on the side of the bed closest to the door.

  
  

  DH uses his tongue to get air between his teeth when there's food stuck instead of using floss. It sounds like he's scratching his throat and drives me insane.

  DH always smells his hands after washing them.  I always lift my feet up off the car floor when going over train tracks - even when I'm driving, my heel must at least be up!
  
  I'm sure there's a lot of other weird things that I do that I'm just not thinking of now...

  I just remembered another one when I was filling up my car this morning.   The total of my gas purchase has to end on a 0.  A 5 will work if I absolutely can't make it to the next 0.
