We are actually looking more into international adoption. There is a particular country that we are interested in and we would likely qualify once DH turns 30 next year. We are going to get settled into our new place and then evaluate.
QOTW: I used to struggle with an eating disorder. I am healthy now and have a very good relationship with food. However, I am naturally thin and sometimes self-conscience about my weight b/c I worry people will think I still have a food problem. Sometimes people comment with things like "I can hardly see you" and it really hurts. I've even had it suggested it to me that my thinness is the reason for my losses. Ouch.

1) YAY on the house! I'm so glad you guys have your home and can get settled in and start pursuing your adoption journey again.

I am so excited about your new house! I think I may know the country you are interested in as we were for a bit before we started doing more research. DH read about DIA, so we are fully there now.
I am so sorry about people and their nasty comments. You've been through so much, and the last thing you need is that. I give you permission to punch them in the throat.
