Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Weekly Workout Accountability

How are your workouts going?  Any delicious, healthy recipes to share?

  • I've gotten myself back on track...finally! Last week, I managed 2 Jillian workouts and a 3 mile walk.

    My goal for this week is 4 workouts: 2 Jillian and 2 Pilates. I'd like to throw in a few walks, but it's supposed to rain every day for the next week : (

  • I am loving this yoga for anxiety workout I found on youtube.  I don't think of myself as a yoga person, but I feel so relaxed and amazing after that workout.  Hope to do that a couple of times this week along with some other cardio.

    I tried yoga before and giggled my way through (hs and college). Now I love it. It's the only thing keeping my body relaxed with all the changes. I think I'm getting a DVD to do along with my class on Fridays. I need to do it at least 2 times a week!

  • I dropped 3 of the 5 pounds I put on during my vacation last week, so I'm pretty close to being back on track. Planning on cardio and weight training 5 days this week...cardio in the form of walking/jogging outside, weather permitting!
