Re: Monday morning, bleh

  • The weekend was great. Beautiful weather, got some fishing (no catching) in.

This week looks pretty tame. Its supposed to rain Tues-Thursday here this week so lots of TV time.

  • Our weekend was good.  We managed to fit in three meals with three different sets of friends!

This week is going to be another crazy-busy work week!

  • The weekend wasn't bad, we got several things accomplished around the house. I seriously have a case of the Monday's though and desperately don't want to be at work.

  • The weekend was good, aside from getting sunburned Saturday (yeah, my brain was still in winter mode). This week is going to be both good and bad, I think. I have very little to do at work and am going to have to be obnoxious so I can stay billable. I have to get my car inspected (yuck), but DH's birthday is Saturday. Of course, I have to order him his present. :) I'm also meeting with some local Nesties on Sunday.

It's my husbands birthday on Saturday also :)
  • Our weekend was uneventful, just the way I wanted it. I have a 4 day week at work, but I have a feeling it will be a long week regardless.
  • That kitty is too cute!  I want it!

This weekend wasn't too bad.  Ran in the half marathon on Saturday, and got a crapload of yardwork done yesterday.  Even started on that monstrous mess in our attic.

This week is just work then hopefully getting my raised garden beds finished and things planted (weather permitting).

We had a good weekend. We had pretty nice weather and i got to sleep in twice! I had a nice trip to the zoo and I enjoyed a couple different earth day activities including a drum circle. This week I would love to go on a hike or walk along the river but the weather is supposed to be pretty bad. I need to think of some fun indoor activities where I won't be tempted to buy things.

I could hold you for a million years
To make you feel my love.
  • The weekend was pretty good.  Fortunately, the bad storms they were predicting didn't hit us too bad and we had rain and some small hail for maybe 5-10 min and that was it.  But it's already getting so hot here!  It was 90 yesterday!

No exciting plans for the week.  I really want to get the dogs back out to the dog park, but have been lazy!

  • This weekend was pretty stupid. Lots of rain and cold. Many naps were had so there's that...

This week was off to a rough start due to morons effing up my coffee so royally that I wasn't even able to DRINK it. Usually I just complain and drink it anyway but not this time. I did however make up for it with my delicious breakfast smoothie so now I'm on a roll.

Not too much lined up for this week. Work is nuts as usual. Lots of T25 and boring healthy food. Wahoo! lol

  • My weekend wasn't bad, but nothing exciting either!

This week, not much is happening. Going to the IL's for dinner Wednesday. My sister's birthday is Sunday so we may do something if she wants but we also have a baby shower on Sunday. It'll be my first baby shower since 3T... I'm not really looking forward to it at all.

  • Mondays are a great way to ruin a perfectly good week! :)

The weekend was pretty good. We had a super great training session on Saturday morning, then we spent the afternoon around the pool, then I hung out with my family on Sat night while DH went and got a massage. Yesterday we went to church (20 year anniversary for a church my family helped plant.. it was super cool to see people I hadn't seen in YEARS!) then we hung around the pool again.

No big plans for the week, I don't think. I'm taking off Friday so that'll be nice. Otherwise, nothing major that I know of!

In Christ alone my hope is found. He is my LIGHT, my STRENGTH, and my SONG!

  • It was a work weekend so it was pretty boring. Two days down, two more to go then headed out of town for a conference/vacation for 5 days. Can't wait!! Our NBA team is in the playoffs and will have game 6 at home if the series is still going so hopefully going to that Friday!

  • I'm am still tired from this weekend! We went on the youth retreat at our church and stayed up way too late both nights! It was pretty awesome though.

Luckily it's only a 3 day work week for me before going home for a weekend with friends, family, and horse racing! So excited for the Kentucky Oaks and the Kentucky Derby!

  • Weekend was good! Nothing major happened, but we got to test drive the vehicles DH is considering, and he at least managed to rule one out, haha.

This week will be busy, as usual. Work is nuts, and I need to finish up my initial edit of my subspecialty's multiple-choice questions, because they're due to go out to the committee soon.

Friday is our 5th wedding anniversary!

Sunday we'll be going to see Eddie Izzard perform!

  • Nice weekend. Worked hard moving and cleaning Saturday and then rested Sunday.

My week started out with having to wake up extra early to do some labs so not too happy about that. It is supposed to be gorgeous here this week so I want to get outside. I have plenty of unpacking and yard sale prep to do

My birthday is also on Saturday :) popular day! I am having a yard sale and then we willgo out drinking and dancing. Hoping the rain holds off until Saturday evening.

  • @luckyangel07 what did you test drive and what did you rule out?
We test drove the Nissan Xterra and Jeep's Cherokee and Wrangler (4-door, hard top).

DH wants something with 4-wheel drive for light off road/snow/sand and also easier driving on some of his job sites (his 2-wheel drive truck occasionally has issues).

He ruled out the Cherokee as far as really having the capability he wants (it's closer to an SUV you'd keep to the road rather than take off-road or on the beach or anything, although we did both like the drive).

He's just going back and forth between the Wrangler (which he has wanted FOREVER) and the Xterra. He can't make up his mind. Hahaha. It'll be his primary vehicle, but we both want to be able to use it for trips and it not be a hassle for loading/unloading a car seat/kid.

My weekend was amazing and I am more sad than I probably should be that it is Monday. Boo.

A friend is coming for dinner Wednesday and I have a hair cut tomorrow, but other than that, things are going to be pretty quiet this week.
