Thank you.

Do it. Confess. You know you want to.
It's slippery as waterweed.

I think it is in the best interest of those around me that I read on my PC all day today. So that is what I shall do.

The first half of the class was an online competition with thousands of other students around the world and the prof had said if we place in the top 10% it's an automatic A for the whole class. Well, we were #37 in the world.
Once we found that out, our motivation for the rest of the class dropped to 0 (hello, we're all seniors about to graduate!). We still did the work but after our last presentation he said, "I can tell some of you didn't put the time into this you would have if you hadn't known you were getting an A. I'm going to have to revisit that policy for future classes."
YOU KNEW WHAT THIS WAS WHEN YOU GAVE US THE A.

My confession is that I'm afraid to tell my H because he will probably roll his eyes and think that I don't know what in the world I want.
That would normally seem kind of shitty but the problem is that he's right, and I wouldn't blame him for thinking this is just another idea I came up with to figure out what I want to do with my life when I grow up. I do this to him all the time.
Still, I love it here!
