  Good question!  This is Chad's late night, so he often just picks up take out.  But it's so beautiful out today that I feel like making something festive.  We have some frozen shrimp at home, so maybe something with that?

  Pierogies sauteed with zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. And an avocado sauce on the side.

  We went to a concert tonight so we went to a bar with friends and ate. We both had Cuban Tacos. They were mini puffy tortillas with beef brisket, pork belly, mustard, mustard seed, and some kind of pickle slaw. Really good.
