I know I've been sporadic lately (because of this..) but I could really use some warm fuzzies with a side of thoughts and prayers. After his four month long battle, my Father in law passed away this morning. It's super hard because A. Both DH and I were very close with him and B. He had been getting better after spending 3 months in ICU then Cleveland Clinic, he made it to a step down rehab then finally the last two weeks in an assisted rehab facility. They even told us he was only about 3 weeks or so from coming home so we made all kinds of preparations. Then this morning, his heart just stopped. Mother in law is a wreck as is to be expected but they were married for 35 years and truly soul mates. I don't normally ask for sympathy or do this kind of thing but I could really use some Nestie warm vibes along with thoughts and prayers.
