@amandaf6383 I so would, except we have to go to the mid-Atlantic region. And we have to drive there. We could have flown, but it's an hour from the closet airport. Instead, I will just imagine the hilarious side comments you would make. ;-)
ARE YOU DRIVING BY MY HOUSE?! (I know mid-atlantic is a WIDE area, but a girl can hope!)
FF-Stalker-C - I looked at the gps directions to see if I'd be near you. Sadly, no. :-(
TTC #1 since Feb. '12. dx: "unexplained" IF
After 2 shitty IVF cycles and 1 loss at 6+2 (EDD 11/7/14), DH and I are pursuing DIA.
11/17/2014 - ACTIVE AND WAITING!
Pregnancy was never the end goal; being a mom was.
I've been holding out on GP: I got drunk once and started a blog: Here it is (11/7 update)
@poppies717 I am afraid my MIL is going to be a but like yours. DH thinks she is okay with adoption but I'm not so sure... I also had islandmonkeys mid atlantic question...for the longest time I thought you lived in the same area code as me (717)from your sn

Update: we had an orientation with a second adoption agency last night and DH was more impressed with them. We have a fee question we forgot to ask, but barring anything unexpected in the answer we will be signing with them and starting foster training in June.

I'm just on the roller coaster of loss emotions. One day I'm okay, the next I can't stop crying. My beta is already down to 14, so the nurse is confident that my body is taking care of everything naturally. I have to go for one more check next week just to make sure it's at a solid zero.
Jim and I decided we are going to find a counselor to start seeing together. Not only to help us work through our emotions of losing these babies, but to support us when we are ready to move forward with a FET.

That is so awesome!!

I think that's a great idea. I know you guys are already a wicked strong team but a counselor will allow you to grieve together.

@rccola1981 - so excited that you're moving forward with the adoption process so soon!
@Aimothy - I hope the counselor helps you both through all these difficult emotions. ((Hugs))
Thanks ladies!
Good luck to everyone cycling or starting soon.
I just realized I never answered the QOTW: it's sort of a hard one for me...I love mountains and water, DH loves the beach...so I guess we'd move somewhere in the mountains with a huge lake for kayaking.

We decided to switch clinics and give IVF one more shot. It'll be in late July or early August. We didn't have a fertilization issue last time, so the embryos will be tested. If it turns out that we have some genetic issue, we will cross that bridge when we get there. If all are healthy, it's probably a ute issue. We'd try the fresh transfer and if no luck, use any frozen embies in a surrogate. It's so insane to think we have gotten this far.
I do like the new clinic and am really trying to be optimistic. We don't tend to have great luck though, so I'm reserved.
IUI - BFP! Baby boy born still - August 2012
