Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. Weekly workouts

Sorry ladies, I totally spaced this yesterday.  How is everyone doing?

  • Last week was not good...we were out of town for my thesis defense and then again for a wedding. I didn't get any workouts in, ate things that I don't normally eat, and drank more alcohol than I usually drink. I tried to do a Jillian workout yesterday, but had to stop 1/2 way through because I thought I was going to die! It's amazing how 1 week of being out of your routine can affect you!

    This week I'm just going to focus on getting back into my normal routine...I'm going to try a Jillian workout again today. If that fails, I'll just go for a long walk.

  • Did pretty well last week, running around like CRAZY this week preparing for our trip.  

    I am really proud of my eating habits though, I've been eating 80% "clean" and I feel fantastic.  Anxiety is down, feeling lighter, and just plain good about myself.

  • Still doing WW, still hitting the gym 5 days a week, but the scale hasn't budged in a few weeks and I'm still 5 pounds short of my goal weight. I'm trying to tell myself it's because I'm putting on muscle (which I have, and I really ought to do my measurements again but I keep forgetting) but it's hard not to feel discouraged. I know I shouldn't complain - I've lost 15 pounds total, dropped between 1 and 2 pants sizes, and made measurable progress in how far I can run and how much I can lift. I'm in the best shape I've been in since college. But it's still frustrating!

  • Good. Met with my trainer Sat & Sun at 8, then my sister and I took a toning class last night. I will probably skip the gym today but go tomorrow for some Cardio. I have to skip the usual class I go to on Thurs night bc I am chaperoning the prom. Friday we are off for memorial day weekend so I will try and get the gym as well.
    Eating wise I've been following a pretty clean diet. My down fall has been pretzels and PB!

  • I'm excited about this week.  I have energy again and healthy foods don't repulse me.  I've kept up daily walks this whole time, but hoping to add some light weights this week.  I'm looking for prenatal workout classes in my area, but haven't had much luck.

    My diet is going to get back on track this week.  I've been eating pretty a lot of foods that aren't good for my disorder.  Mostly because I've been too exhausted to cook.  Things are looking up this week and I'm excited.
