  Always a ton of veggies. We eat some for dinner and then the leftovers get turned into pasta salad, veggie sandwich, burrito, etc.

  We just FINALLY bought a grill at the end of the season last year, so I'm excited about this post.  I have an Indian lamb recipe that was my mother's grill specialty.  That's always a crowd pleaser.  

  
  

  As far as recipes I've discovered myself, these are my favorite thus far: 

  Chilli-lime fish tacos with cabbage slaw

  Pesto shrimp skewers

  Red curry chicken
