  • Goals are the same, losing 40 lbs to start injects/IUI.

    Best part of this week was getting to the over 10 lbs lost mark. Worst was my eating this weekend. Nothing crazy but definitely didn't stick to the shakes.

    QOTW: I am most insecure about my stomach because it is so big and annoying. I love my strong legs and my eyes.

    @aimothy - You didn't answer the QOTW yo! Do you know how hard those things are to think of every week?! ;-)

    My fitness goal is basically to eat heathy and exercise on a consistent basis.

    No progress this week, I've been eating junk like there's no tomorrow.

    I'm hoping to ease back into health eating this week by preparing food at more now.

    I'm most insecure about my stomach; I look pregnant. I feel best about my skin; I rarely have blemishes.
    Married 2011.

    ACK! I'm sorry. I glossed right over that. 

    I am most insecure about my belly and thighs. They are my biggest part and I hate that that are jiggly. I also hate my knees. They are fatty. Not bony. 

    I love my waist the most.  Probably because I get the most compliments on my tiny little hour glass figure.

    TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad sperm 
    February 2013: IUI #1 = BFN 
    October 2013: We made the decision to stop TTC and live without children.

    1) What are your fitness goals? get to 100 total lost then to 150 to make it to 190 to get to do IVF :)

    2) How has your progress been this week?
    my weigh in is wednesday with DH and my good SIL....however a sneak peek? could be down 4.6 and officially kicking my plateau's ass!!!!!
    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)?

    4) Best part of your week? OMG!!! Beating my 5k time at the annual father's day 5k.....59:07 last year....48:56 THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!! :)

    5) Worst part of your week? feeling so behind at work and having to use "do you want _______ or a baby" more than i thought i would :(

    QOTW: What body part are you most insecure about and why? What body part/body feature do you like the most and why? my belly rolls and my thighs piss me off
    my ass and my empire waist are awesome and what people complement me on all the time....I also love my collarbones!!! :)

    Great work, ladies! You guys really are inspiring for me.

    Fitness goals: My goal is to firm up my body and run a 5k

    My progress this last week was not good. I had my period and I was miserable from it. It usually isn't so bad, but this cycle knocked me on my ass.

    My plan is food tracking, c25k, planks, lunges, squats and push ups.

    Best part of week: h and I went on a date Friday and we had $100 in gc, so it was a free date!

    Worst part of week: I felt truly miserable last week.

    Qotw: I honestly don't know. My stomach used to be flat and now it's not and I'm really self conscious about it.

    1) What are your fitness goals? Lose 60lbs by 40th b-day in February.

    2) How has your progress been this week? Decent so far.  I was very snacky last night and ate too much popcorn, but I'll survive :)

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Body by Vi shakes, healthy meals and snacks.  Sunday is cheat day and all hell breaks loose.

    4) Best part of your week? DH is home after 10 days away.

    5) Worst part of your week? My parents left yesterday and I won't see them until October.

    QOTW:  I find as I get older that I'm less and less concerned with what body parts look like.  My boobs do give me a great deal of discomfort though.  I'm very careful about what tops I wear because of them.  I have great hair, nails and a nice smile.

    1) What are your fitness goals? Lose 15 lbs, tone and gain some more muscle.

    2) How has your progress been this week? I worked out during the week for 30 mins about 3 times last week. Then this weekend, after DH got hurt, I didn't do any cardio until Sunday morning. Now I'm back on track.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Cardio 30 mins/5 x a week. Either, walking, elliptical, stationary bike, hiking, etc. Cutting out junk and eating more fruits and veggies.

    4) Best part of your week? My Dad came up Saturday and spent the night. We had a huge Father's Day weekend and it was a lot of fun.

    5) Worst part of your week? After my Dad left Sunday I reassessed the food I ate all weekend and completely sulked in shame.

    QOTW: What body part are you most insecure about and why? What body part/body feature do you like the most and why? Do I have to pick one??? I HATTTEEE my boobs, then comes my stomach, then my thighs. I have no proportions to my body so I just always looks frumpy.

  • 1) What are your fitness goals? To feel more confident with myself and not bring my body image issues on future children. Tone and be stronger.

    2) How has your progress been this week? Pretty good! I'm down another lb which is huge. I'm no longer actively trying to lose weight right now due to IUI, but still trying to eat healthy.

    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Clean eating (eating packaged foods with no more than 5 ingredients or only contain whole foods). Walking daily with a little bit if strength training and Zumba (low impact).

    4) Best part of your week? Seeing "abs" in the mirror. Not going to lie. I totally took a bathroom selfie of it!

    5) Worst part of your week? Going to pf changs and eating the Great Wall of chocolate (at least it was over the course of 3 days).

    QOTW: What body part are you most insecure about and why? What body part/body feature do you like the most and why? My stomach and thighs because they are on the larger size. I will never have "white girl" legs and I need to be cool with that! I know this is strange, but my collarbone. I don't know why, but I love the way it looks. I also have cute ears, hands, and feet (little and petite).

    1) What are your fitness goals? Lose 86 lbs.
     
    2) How has your progress been this week? We went out of town Friday through Monday for a weekend getaway and I didn't eat the best. I had expected to gain weight but I actually stayed about the same. We did a lot of walking so I guess it all evened out, lol.
    3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Track food on MFP and do cardio 2 to 3 times a week.
    4) Best part of your week? I put on my bathing suit to go swimming on Saturday and my husband said: "Wow, you look so much smaller! You can really tell you have lost weight!" It made me feel so good!
     
    5) Worst part of your week? Hmm...can't really think of anything. I think I am still on a post-vacation high and it's blocking out any bad stuff!
     
    QOTW: What body part are you most insecure about and why? What body part/body feature do you like the most and why? I'm most insecure about my belly flap. The more weight I lose, the more it hangs down. I'm really worried that I will need plastic surgery to get the skin removed. The body parts I like the most are my boobs, eyes, and nails. I've had a love/hate relationship with my boobs in the past because they sometimes make buying clothes a pain but I have truly come to love them in recent years, lol. And I get a lot of compliments on my eyes and nails.

    Currently on Metformin and Synthroid

    EDD: 6.15.15

  • @amandaf6383‌ way to go, the double digit loss benchmark is a great start. @Xan921‌ and @OceanHutt‌ so close to triple digits lost!!! My goals and plan haven't changed and I'm still stuck in a plateau... Saturday I walked and kayaked and had almost a full days calories left from exercise...only to go way over Sunday. QOTW: I hate my arms, they are so slow to lose in...my favorite is currently my shoulders/collarbone area they are starting to look pretty trim but that only accentuates the arms more

    pretty good. except for daquiris and wine and chimichangas at girls night last night (oh and ice cream tacos) but what can you do when someone else cooks? I ate really great during the day tho so it evens out.

    I'm not really insecure about body parts but the thing i most dislike is my acne. no matter what I do ive still got it pretty bad
