2) How has your progress been this week? No exercise. I didn't eat especially healthy, but I didn't binge either.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Eat plant-based foods and be active daily.
4) Best part of your week? Getting enough sleep.
5) Worst part of your week? Going to my brother's birthday dinner at Outback Steakhouse. There is nothing for vegetarians to eat there!
