LMAO! I think you can recover from falling on the runway, getting back up and shaking it off, but when you literally fall off into a pool? No, you can't come back from that. Just swim to the nearest exit.
A close friend of mine used to be a runway model in Paris. I asked her if she ever fell on the runway. She said that it happens all the time because they're always throwing shoes at you to wear that aren't your size. She's a size 9 and she'd be forced to wear a size 7.5 sometimes.
And yes, she once fell right off the side of the runway. I couldn't stop laughing.
