Just making sure everyone know that the first episode will be available on Starz ONDEMAND tomorrow night at midnight. It won't be available online or by tablet, etc. Only on television.

I finally confirmed that my mom ordered Starz. So while I'm sad I won't see it ahead of time, I'm giddy knowing that I can, for sure, watch it with the masses now.

I didn't think she seemed that happy with Frank specifically, more happy to be finding some kind of 'normal' after years of transient living and what have you, which is pretty much how I read it in the book that she was relieved/happy to be done with camps and packing up to move constantly and not even being able to own a vase.

Ok, I'm not usually one for explicit scenes or anything, but am I the only one who cannot wait from some of the upcoming Jamie/Claire action? Not that the show was all that racy, but it wasn't G-rated, either.

I was so happy with the premiere, aside from Frank's teeth.

Jamie is SUPER HOT. Want to LICK HIM.

I can already see the chemistry between him and Claire. The scene where she helped him up after he fell off his horse? GAAAHHH.

I hated the first half, because I thought Claire was just not right at all. I know this is because there was just not really enough time to develop her character, and I certainly wouldn't have wanted the pre-stones part to be longer, but I still thought she was WRONG. It wasn't until she gets back to the 1700s and starts swearing and ordering people around that I really "saw" Claire.

I still maintain that the scene where he sticks a sword in her face and tells her she's going with him was really horrible.

And Dougal is SO wrong. I was just staring at this bald old man trying to convince my brain that I would have to associate him with Dougal for the whole rest of this damn show.

Other than that, I really did enjoy it and am more excited than I have been this whole time leading up to it!
