could you live off of $350/week
Re: could you live off of $350/week
Groceries should go with household bills as it is a necessity.
$20 for a beer and hoagie? MAKE your own at home and bring own beverage from home.
STOP eating out weekly and choose less costly places when you do go out
Clothing - you can buy end of season sales, consignment shops etc and get quality items for very little.
Basically you fund necessities and then prioritize wants. The problem being that many people think their wants are necessities - and they are not.

I agree with Xstatic3333- not including bills and gas, of course we can stay under $350. I think the OP is in a different league than I am though- I don't care what brand of shoes they were, or that they were on 'sale' I would NEVER and have NEVER spent that kind of cash on shoes- especially if we were trying to budget. Now I have spent that kind of cash on a purse, so you could say that's similar, but if we are cutting our budget then there is no question that we can live on under $350 a week.
