Moved to an RE October 2013 HSG- All clear , S/A- Normal , Bloodwork -Normal
Uterine polyp found- Hysteroscopy and D&C 12/6/13 DX w/complex endometrial hyperplasia
Endometrial Biopsy 3/21/14 - Hyperplasia still present Endometrial Biopsy #2 6/24/14 - All clear!
IUI #1 w/stims and trigger - Started stims 7/7/14 - IUI 7/24/14 = BFP 8/7/14

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad sperm2) How has your progress been this week? I've been much better with exercise, but still a total butthead with diet.
3) What is your "plan" (diet, workout regime, etc)? Some physical activity every day. Plant-based diet, and less crap in general.
4) Best part of your week? Manicure and pedicure this weekend.
5) Worst part of your week? Just a hard week mental health-wise. Anxiety is rearing it's head.
QOTW: When is your wedding anniversary? Do you do something big to celebrate each year or are you low key? Married in June. It's a big deal to me, but whether we actually do something big in observance has varied each year based on job stuff.
Get down to between 120 - 130 lbs, try to get PCOS under control
Not good. I haven't really exercised at all in the last couple weeks. Food was okay until today when I gave in to the siren call of cheese curds.
Track calories, watch carbs, watch sugar, treadmill or walking.
I have my resume posted on my college's job website and randomly got a call for an interview today!
Tomorrow is my birthday and I have preemptively made the decision to eat whatever I want.
June 18th (2010). We're usually pretty low key.
