  Dude.  He sounds very immature.  I often hate the quick jumps to "dump him", but in this case... I would.
  
  He's probably not over her, but even if he is - for him to really not have a CLUE as to why comparing you to his ex is hurtful... he lacks empathy.  That's a bad character trait to not have.

  A man who brings up his ex often, especially in a positive light is not over her!!! Get rid of that loser and find a man who makes you feel way more confident. You owe that to yourself!

  This is absolutely correct. He is trying to control you! He clearly he has no respect for you if he continues to bring her up, especially in the bed. He is obviously not focusing on you, he is thinking about her! Leave him. He is not over her.
