Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? Yup! The prints we ordered for the nursery came in along with a couple of stray shower gifts (more cute outfits and a monkey toy). We also got a glider from friends who aren't using it anymore (I need to get a throw to cover it up, though, because it does not go with the room AT ALL).

How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? Hopefully getting a bunch of things hung on the walls today! Other than that, no real visible progress; the past week has just been lots of organizing and putting things away.
Anything else you would like to add or PIP? A friend's mom messaged me last night to ask how I'm feeling. Nice, yes. But it's going to get annoying fast. She doesn't talk to me regularly at all, so it was a totally random FB message. People, please don't start bugging me now!

Best part of your week? Mine and DH's 4th Anniversary. We also had our 2nd date since Donnie was born. I also got to spend all day with my BFF who lives in Germany on Saturday. It was awesome. Donnie's best part was last night and only waking up twice! Yay!
Worst part of your week? Donnie's just about to finish getting over his cold...but he's still hardcore in the 4 month sleep regression. Blah. DH also just left today for a 2day business trip. He won't be back until Wednesday. :-/
Milestones? His grip has gotten a lot stronger (he's using his thumbs and not just his fingers). While doing tummy time, he pushes off/up with his legs and feet like he's trying to crawl. It's crazy!

Best part of week: Ben signs please and milk now. It is the cutest thing ever. And his personality is just so funny.
Worst part of week: he got tubes on Thursday, but handled them like a champ.
Milestones: signing. And he's adding words to his vocab, which is fun.
We went to the children's museum yesterday and he loved the water room. And Ben signing please.

How are you feeling? This cold is finally going away, so today I'm feeling pretty good.
What are you craving? Nothing specific.
What is grossing you out? Still the poor dog. :-( I was gone all weekend and all she wanted to do was snuggle me when I got home. I had to breath through my shirt while cuddling with her.

I was also able to take a couple of videos and we caught it with the hiccups. My aunt also kept invading its space and making it move, which was to neat to watch it stretch and try to move to a different spot.

Best part of your week? He did awesome with tummy time on Saturday and pushed up really well and held his head up for quite some time.
Worst part of your week? He refused to nap yesterday and would only take 20 min naps, which then made him overtired and super cranky.
Milestones? He has been rolling over back to front more often and more easily. He also rolled over from front to back once, but hasn't done it since then, so maybe it was a fluke.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? My aunt brought over some onesies she bought and a piggy bank with some change. The piggy bank if perfect. My parents have nicknamed him Grand Prince since we won't tell his name yet. The white onesie says "Mommies little monster."

How are you feeling? Good, exhausted and lazy. Nausea is coming back a little more frequently now.
What are you craving? Nothing in particular.. I'll just have random thoughts of food and DH ends up caving and getting it for me.
What is grossing you out? The smell of pee, as weird as that sounds, if DH pees he has to spray the bathroom afterwards because I will smell it from the hallway and gag. It's unreal.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? My sister went through my Dad's basement and cleaned alllll the baby items down there and put them in my room at his house. So we have baby gear every where for when we go to visit.

Best part of your week? I feel a 1st tooth coming in!
Worst part of your week? Well, first tooth means teething, so there's been a lot of crankiness.
Milestones? She's really getting the hang of rolling over more. She doesn't like laying on her stomach, so when she rolls over on it I try to let her see how proud I am. She started rolling over at 3 months and then completely stopped for months, so I'm very happy about this.

How are you feeling? Other than being tired, I'm feeling pretty great.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? I finally finished E's crib skirt and put it on. It's a little long and reaches the floor, but I will just hem it when I have to start putting the crib down.
Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? I have my weekly on Thursday, along with an u/s to see if she is finally head down. OB couldn't find where her head was located last week.

How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? Nursery half of the room is finally finished. I just have to hem Lexi's bed skirt since it was also too long, put up some picture frames on the empty wall, and put the camera up on E's side of the wall. I also put away the remainder of her clothes, got her diaper bag ready, installed the car seat/mirror/sun shades, and set up the swing and bouncer.

Best part of your week? We went to a Portuguese Festival and watched the parade. Lexi enjoyed watching the bulls/horses/sheep pulling the wagons along with all of the portuguese sweet bread and milk that was being passed around.
Worst part of your week? She had the stomach bug last week and we stayed home Tuesday and Wednesday because of it. Her temp shot to 102.2 right after school on Monday.
Milestones? She just amazes me everyday with things that she remembers from over a year ago to things that we didn't think she knows yet.

How are you feeling? Good except the amount of BH is rivaling my last pregnancy right before I was put on bedrest. And I've had a few painful cramps/contractions. I am trying to rest and drink as much water as possible but its impossible with a 2yr old and a job.

Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? I bought a Girasol woven wrap last week to break in with DS#1 in time for DS#2. Its super pretty (in a masculin way) but I feel slightly guilty for spending on it. At least I know the resale is good if I decided to sell it.

How is the nursery coming along? PIPs? Themes? It is exactly as it was when we moved in except with stuff in it. I did decide on a look/theme(ish). The crib wall will be painted navy, the other walls grey. The back wall will have little gold anchor decals on it. The dresser will be natural wood on top, the fronts painted a almost black navy, distressed and the pulls will be rope. The art will be framed in wood frames, and there will be gold/bronze accents and white trim/closet doors. The crib is white and dark wood. The rug is undecided until I find something. I want it to have a nautical vibe without being over the top fisherman. I'm pretty excited to get working on it, but the reality is that it won't get started until at least October.

Best part of your week? DS is totally day potty trained! Woop, woop! He has had a few dribbles, but no accidents, and is FINALLY on board with #2 in the potty. M&Ms are a great motivator. He's still in diapers overnight, but did have one dry morning this week so it is a work in progress.
Worst part of your week? DS woke up on the wrong side of the bed yesterday morning and challenged DH and I with a few epic 2 year old moments.

How are you feeling? Good usually. I get headaches when I sleep for some reason! Grr And I wake up each night and can't fall back asleep for a couple hours. Pretty frustrating. Lol
What are you craving? I have been grubbing on those small taqueria tacos. I had them for lunch like 4 times last week and the week before. I am grossing my husband out with the Mexican food! Ha ha That's like all I want!!!
What is grossing you out? My dogs and husband. still.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? My MIL bought me a 1st 5 year baby scrap book....
Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? I have my screening next Tuesday. Then my next dr appt and U/S Sept 9. I am loving how much the baby changes each time I see him/her. Amazing!!
Have you / will you found out the sex? Yes we will. My MIL wants to have a gender reveal party. I am kind of more not wanting to... lol

How are you feeling? Nauseous and huge. Bloated and yucky. But happy that I feel this way. It gives me hope that things are going well in there.
What are you craving? Toast and cheese...sometimes.
What is grossing you out? Most everything. Especially meats.
Have you bought/received anything for the baby lately? I bought myself some materinty tops from the sale at ON last week. They already showed up.
Ultrasounds? Betas? Appointments? Had a regular OB appt today but it was just a urine, weight, and BP check. Still too early to get the heartbeat on the Doppler.
NT scan is next Thursday 9/4.
