I started bleeding tonight. 
It came out of nowhere and I know it can mean nothing, but I also know what it can mean. It seems to have subsided after guzzling a million gallons of water and laying down. I'm taking a mental health day tomorrow and plan to relax on the couch. I know nothing can stop it, if it's the inevitable, but I could use all your good thoughts to my ute.

off bcp 11/11
a few rounds of clomid and femara... no response.
injectables/IUI 12/12... BFN
Feb 13 IVF cycle converted down to IUI due to low follicle response... BFFN
one last IVF attempt April/May 2013: 19 retrieved. 10 fertilized. 2 transferred in a 3dt. 4 frosties... BFP!!
EDD: 1/21/14... Induced early at 36+6. Our LO was born 12/30/13
FET - transferred two embryos (boy and girl) - Nov 2014 - BFP!
I'm not sure giant clots are the norm though.
@sgautschi my ultrasound isn't until Wednesday.

Anecdotal story to follow, feel free to skip.
At exactly 6w I started cramping, then light brown spotting, which turned to full on red bleeding and large clots by the evening. Of course I thought it was all over. My first u/s was still a week away but my nurse had me come in the next day.
By the next morning the cramps and bleeding had stopped (only residual spotting). At the u/s I was beyond shocked to see one tiny baby with a flickering heartbeat. I had convinced myself it was over. They saw no cause for the bleeding and I've had none after. Since this was our first ultrasound we had not previously confirmed both embryos implanted but I knew in my heart that what happened the day before was me losing the second embryo.
It was (and still is) very upsetting to know we lost our second baby, but I was beyond in love with the one that was still growing.
I hope for a happy outcome for you as well.
dx: Unexplained IF (mild MFI)
