Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Weekly Workouts
I've been doing a lot better with food choices. I've stopped eating ice cream every night claiming that it's my beer for the day. lol!
Working out sucks right now because I get so winded doing everything. Just hauling a laundry basket up the stairs I need to sit and catch my breath for a while.
Monday I got 1 in then lo was cluster feeding then rain.
Tuesday I got 2 in. But I tried my moby wrap and it was good!
Wednesday I got 1.5, but I also went to chiro, BBB and BJ's for 6k steps.
Today I will get 3 in!
No surprise my most activity filled day according to my fitbit was the day we went to the Renaissance Faire. So much walking.
