One of our cats went missing last night and I totally blamed my husband for letting the cat get out of the house somehow.

Turns out the cat was just hiding in step-monster's room all night.

I had to eat crow.

The two students in my class who plagiarized went to trial yesterday. They both ended up with an F in the course. Now I feel like the failure. I worry that I was an ineffectual teacher and failed them as a teacher.

While all of this was going on my granny was having knee replacement surgery. That went well, thankfully.

Oh, and there's a very real possibility that I have lupus. I'm super annoyed at DH because I missed a call from the doctor's office this morning and they didn't leave a message with a number I can call. He was trying to be helpful and declined the call since I was still in bed, but now I'm grouchy because I want to schedule my Rheumatologist appointment ASAP.

EDIT: They did leave a message; iphone is just stupid. Appointment made.

DH has been on his kayaking trip since last Saturday. That also happens to be the last day that I shaved anywhere but my underarms. He comes home tomorrow, so tonight will be devoted to Vampire Diaries on Netflix and hair removal.

I felt for you last night because I know if it had been me, I would have completely ripped Anthony a new one. But thank goodness Marley was in the house!

Actually I'm a WAHM now, girlfriend. And a student! I'm booked every weekend through the end of the year. I have 4 sessions I'm in the middle of editing and I have a ten page paper due on Sunday.

Pretty sure it was when I let everyone know that my DH jokingly (is that a word?) calls NBC my lesbian book club. The joke was in reference to how much I just love all you ladies, not that the only women who read are lesbians or anything. It created quite a ruckus. I will probably regret bringing this back up, but oh well.
