  That is a nice couch. Do you have any pets? If you do, what color is their fur? Even if their fur is dark you might want to consider something smoother as it could be hard to clean off fur and I could see it building up in the button points. Now if you don't have any pets, then I say go for it.

  I think darker furniture show less dirt unless you have pets with light color hair.

  Then go for the Navy. You should be fine with lint. I'm anything that gets on it like from say a sweater can easily be removed with a lint roller.

  I'm not sure if it's too late to give input.

  My parents own and operate an upholstery shop (and have for 35 years).  They cater to decorators.

  Anyways..from their experience (and mine..and observation)...100% polyester is not what you're going to want.

  Lint.  City.  You will not be happy with that fabric choice.
