Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Re: Budgeting & System
H and I don't combine finances, so this is my porition of the budget.
Take home pay: $2778 (after taxes and 10% retirement contribution w/ 5% employer match)
Mortgage: $630 (extra $100 towards principle)
Utilities/Cable/Phone/Water/HOA: $550 (about $100 buffer added into this for autopayments)
Gas: $130
Car Insurance: $80
Allowance: $300
School: $300
Vacation Savings/Cash Flow: $780 (once summer is over $550 will go towards school and $200 will go into savings)
