It's DH 40th birthday on Sunday so I arranged for his family and my aunts and uncles to meet us for brunch at "The Rail". I have almost slipped so many times when talking to him. He would never want a party so hopefully he will enjoy this. ;)

I even made favors for people. I am pretty proud of the way they turned out.

    It went great. He was very happy when we left. I was nervous b/c he was insistent that he didn't want any type of surprise, people making 40 jokes, etc. And he was very suspicious since I cleaned the whom house Saturday morning so he thought there would be a houseful if people when we got home. ;)

    The brunch was excellent. All of the food was so good. I was bummed that they didn't have the peanut butter to dip into the chocolate fountain. I remember it being AMAZING. Haha.

    That's weird about the peanut butter!  I checked their menu and it was definitely on there.  Did they just run out?

    I don't know and I forgot to ask. I saw your check in for your anniversary...how was it? I've never been for dinner.

    It was really yummy!  I've never had a bad dinner there.  They're known for their crab cakes, but I've actually not tried those.  Maybe next time!
