As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Re: Stressful Monday
Yeah I wonder this too. Why now? What caused them to "discover" this?
The neighbors have been under a land contract. The previous owners son knows my husband. He told my husband that once the neighbors got caught up on property taxes, it would officially be there's.
They didn't state in the letter what they exactly want. Just stated they wanted to settle a property line disagreement.
So I'm hoping they will be understanding that the previous owners of both properties were in agreement of the fence and that this is not something we did.
And a FYI to all who buy a home - in August we will be in our home 8 years! And now this pops up!? I guess you never know.
