    I was thinking of getting some toys that I could put away for Christmas or a Kindle Fire, but I think the deals were better last year around Christmas. So far I haven't seen anything I really need or even want.

    I heard on the radio you could get 40 inch tv's for less than $200, can't seem to confirm this. So far I'm also underwhelmed, nothing that great and it's hard to navigate what's on this big sale. Well played Amazon getting people to do the free trial of Prime just for these deals.

    I know Wal-Mart is having a big sale as a counter to Prime Day and I've actually seen things I want to buy on Wal-Mart's site as opposed to finding nothing at Prime Day.

    Yup.  I just bought DD a swing set for the cabin for $30 cheaper at Walmart than on Amazon.
