Anyone built with Pulte homes?

My husband and I are very green to the homebuilding process and we are exploring Pulte homes. Has anyone built with them before? We've heard mixed reviews, and I'm curious about all of the "upgrades" they push... unless you visit their design center and meet with a designer, you're unable to see pricing. Very excited about the possibilities, would love any insight!

    Avoid Pulte like the plague. Awful craftsmanship and they cut a lot of corners.

    Puelte were part of the build them quick boom in Florida when I was living there. They charged way more than other builders for a product that was no better than bargain basement builders. None of my friends who went with them were happy.
