Final thoughts before Super Tuesday

I can't handle this anymore. I'm purging myself of reading or watching the news until Super Tuesday. Tuesday I will open a bottle of wine and watch the results and perhaps have a good cry (jk... maybe). And then I'm burying my head in the sand until December.

At this point I'm hoping it's Clinton vs. Trump and Clinton wins. We never in modern history have had more than 3 terms of a party and I think she'd make a good one term president. Then we'd have a chance of getting a good Republican in 4 years. We'd have a prayer that the GOP will have learned their Trump lesson by then. Otherwise, we'll probably have to wait 8 and then another 8 because we aren't fond of electing the same party twice. So yeah.

Scary part is that I don't think I can make it until Tuesday with this fast. I'm sick today and I was watching TV and kept thinking "there's nothing on... let's watch CNN... NO... YES... NO"

LOL - see we don't have cable so I don't have to worry about watching CNN or FOX. Is super tuesday really next week? I have found myself reading lots of articles online and I need to stop. It can be a waste of time. Especially this far out when we don't even know who the Noms are going to be. We have 9 more months of this nonsense.

It's this Tuesday. There is a lot of speculation and I need to stop. I'm driving myself crazy. By the following Tuesday (the 15th) most states will have voted. I think it's 70-something% of delegates will be allocated come the 15th election.

There are a handful of weirdo states, like mine, that don't vote on Super Tuesday but then also vote before March 15th (which is the next big swath of states).

I saw one article call our group "Super Tuesday dessert". I thought that was funny!
