It's officially official
My notice has been placed and my official last date of employment is May 18th.
Whew. I've been with this company for almost 9 years, and truly do love what I do. But dang, I didn't think I'd feel so much weight lifted off my shoulders when I gave my notice. I'll be 38 weeks pregnant with #2 when I'm done.
Only thing I'm waiting on is to see what our options are in regard to health insurance. I told them that I would pay for the premium, but would ask if it's possible to extend it till June 30th so there's no question of a grey area in coverage since my due date is June 3rd.
My boss did appreciate that I had an end date in mind and this way I can have everything tied up and divvied out to my co-workers. To where last time I worked until I went into labor.

I'm a money freak and like comfort. This is going to take away that comfort and that scares me. I just keep reminding myself that we have plenty of cushion if we ever need it, and I can always go back to work if things get that bad.
