Ok, so a few months ago I told you all how I was going to get fit before I turn 30. Well today is day 88 of my first 100 days at 100% (meaning sticking to my plan diet/exercise 100%). At the Dr's I told the nurse I did wan't to see my weight so I got on the scale backwards, she asked me how much I weighed the last time I weighed myself and I told her, well then she was all excited and wanted to tell me how much I weighed, I kept saying no and she keept saying "you really want to know this!" well I finally let her tell me, i've lost 30 lbs! I was shocked. I don't have any pictures, I should get some. I just had to AW, I called my husband and told him "the dr. apointment went great" his response, "I'm glad all your girl parts are fine" then I had to explain that i was about my weight and not my girl parts, we had a good laugh.
Re: AW back from the doctors
Congrats! I'm so proud of you!
Now, I need some of your motivation to get myself back in shape!
