- Planning R's birthday weekend in San Diego. It's quiet but this is the first non-family/crappy wedding OOT weekend I will have had in about 1.5 years.

I found not one, but three, dresses that actually looked good on me for my 20 year high school reunion. Total for all three dresses, due to Door Buster sale was $130 after tax. It was the first store I tried and the only one that wsa open that early in the morning.
I already have tomatoes on both of my cherry tomato plants that I stuck in pots three weeks ago.
I actually had a job interview last week and have not been told "no thank you" yet. I have to wait until the manager returns from a meeting that she will be at all week. At least I have a little flicker of hope.
PISTONS playoff season (right, APK?)! They kinda suck this year, though.
MH has been great, too
DH just called to tell me he got a gigantic bonus out of nowhere because his team nominated him for it.
Now we can go to Costa Rica this Fall.
I get to go to Hot Yoga tongiht.
And DH threw me the most fun birthday party on Saturday.
My mammogram is OVER. THANK THE LORD.

I got to sleep in an extra hour this morning.
I ate 1/2 of a breakfast burrito for breakfast and the other 1/2 for lunch. Fat city but delicious!
And total kid corny too but she bumped her arm this morning and then told me that she hit her "funky bone". Love this kid!
*Our date night on Saturday: spicy Thai food, 10-year-old red wine, and Slumdog Millionaire on DVD
*MH's bonus check paid for the crippling tax return and then some
*2 cute dresses that I get to show off within the next 2 weeks

I'm feeling like that today too. The air conditioning decided to die today and the repairman won't be here until five.
