I'm supposed to bring breakfast for the office for Admin Professional's Day tomorrow. Other than the usual donuts, what are some other good ideas?

Are you the only one bringing something? If so, bagels and cream cheese is always a good idea. Cinnamon Rolls. Fruit.
If a bunch of people are bringing things and you like to cook, here is a really good breakfast casserole recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Country-Breakfast-Casserole/Detail.aspx. Oh, and I used one of the variation that said to use shredded hash browns instead of bread on top. Turned out great.
I made it to bring to work last fall and everybody loved it. I made it up the night before and put it in the oven the next morning while getting ready. It was still really good not piping hot from the oven.
I made this and it was yummy! I could not find any onion rolls, so I subbed kaiser rolls and added some addiitonal onion powder to the egg mixutre. Also, I only used 1/2 a stick of butter and would probably cut that down even more next time.
Oh, and I forgot, no need to line the pan with butter, I just sprayed with Pam and it was fine.
