  • Don't enjoy either one, so can't recommend anything. Just wanted to wish you luck with the meal!  Let us know how it turns out.  =)

  • Thnx Jackie--I'll see what they say.
  • For stone crab,  you just eat the claw with drawn butter or dijon mustard. You can buy them pre-cooked as they are normally eatin cold. (joe stone crab house sells them in platter form, ready to it and are fabulous!!)

As for the salmon, Candace has a couple of good recipes. Here ya go

  • Norman Brothers sells stone crabs when they're in season, too!  They sell claws and they also sell the mustard suces for dipping.  Creamed spinach goes well with it, as well as fried green tomatoes!  I <3 that meal!!!
  • No problem ;-)

What time do you want me over for dinner? lmao

  • I love stone crabs!!! and we make them at home when in season. I usually find them cheap at Penn Dutch, whole foods carries them too. They already come pre-cooked, but I like to steam them quickly to kill any surface bacteria, then place them on ice. We dip them in a mustard sauce, very similar to the one they serve at Joe's.here's the recipe, it's so good! I usually make half this recipe, because it's so much

    1 cup mayo ( I like hellman's)

    1 Tbsp dry mustard

    2 tsp worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup heavy cream or whole milk

    salt
