Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just need to vent.
A month or so ago I took on some additional responsibilities here and seriously had one hour of training from the person who left the company. I get asked a million questions and seriously don't have a clue about how to answer them and no one at my company can...they come to me, rriiiight. I am dealing with some pretty serious issues with employees and it's not fair for them to not get the right information. It's just annoying because I don't know what I am doing...ugh. Sucks.

Very annoying! That same sort of thing happened to me when we had lay offs earlier this year and I had to take over another workers responsibilities. I was given 30 mins to help her pack her desk and learn all her responsibilities.
Can you contact that employees former boss to see if they might know how to handle the issues?
