H used to live right on the CM/NB border. Just crossing the street into NB, the price of everything shot up.
Live in CM. It's close and way effing cheaper.

Here, here for CM. It border Newport and rent is RIDICULOUSLY cheaper. Plus, I hear really hot girlfriends live there.

I posted too ... I don't get it ... she said that she leases and yet based upon her one blog she has been making and plans to make more improvements to the house. I don't get it unless it's her parents house which would make more sense.
It's a typical "I grew up here, I'm spoiled and young and don't really want to make sacrifices." Also, she's waiting for someone to come bail her out of her financial mess. Seen it way too many times.
She said she's renting from a family friend who gave them a deal if they fixed it up.
So she's doing all of this work on a house she doesn't even own.
I hope she changes her ways.
Or else she's going down a really bad path.
