QOTW: What is a "must have" when you work out? my water bottle and my MP3 player... I can not work out without them. I wouldn't get as high intensity of a work out as I would with them.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I am proud that I found out I've lost 15 lbs from the time I started!
Any goals for this upcoming week? to get back to work out out 5 days a week... I took this week off because I wasn't sure what was going on with my kidneys, and now I am sick. I plan on starting as soon as I feel a lot better, hopefully Sunday or Monday
QOTW: if I'm at the gym, my iPod or a pair of earphones (my gym has radio stations on the treadmills/ellipticals and tv as well). it helps me ignore people, lol. really, it helps me stay in the mood to exercise.
of course, if I'm outside, I need my dogs. I feel bad going on walks without them, they love it so much.
one thing: um... not a thing. I didn't go to the gym and pigged out at work. I'm not even going to say how much I lost. or did not lose.
goals: get to the gym woman! and watch your eating! the farmers market will be my friend this week, I'm really anxious to cook some food that's fresh and in season.

QOTW: What is a "must have" when you work out? Tv/Movie, I like being distracted and I last longer. If no tv/movie's are available music is a plus.
Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I *somewhat* let the fact that I am a bigger shorts size *in juniors* get to me. But on the upside I am planning to up my workout routine so I can tackle this weight issue once and for all....the gloves have come off!
