Have you tried the Wii Active game yet?
All I have to say is OW! I am sooooo sore! I have been doing it for 3 days and it is a pretty good workout- I'm really surprised. Plus they make it fun--- great combo!
Don't worry about tomorrow. After all, today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday. Take each day as it comes...one at a time.

Re: Have you tried the Wii Active game yet?
I'm a little past half way the 30-day challenge, and I really like it. i'm definitly seeing results. I don't loath my body nearly as much as I did 2 weeks ago.
I am augmenting it with the Fit. I felt the Active didn't target the abs as much as I wanted so usually after I'm done with theActive I'll do some Jackknifes and a couple of the Yoga poses, and on the rest days I'll do about a 15-20 min of Yoa/running on the Fit.
I've been doing it for a little over a week now. I agree, it doesn't target the abs almost at all. I do crunches afterward.
