Hi! Cute name.
I live in Trabuco Canyon with my Husband and two fur babies. I went to culinary school in Pasadena and worked as a private chef for a while. Now I work in HR (I know it's a switch from chef but it's a long story). My hobbies include an obsession with reality TV, eating, cooking, and did I mention eating? I do like barbies and used to have collector barbies but sadly I think they ended up at goodwill or in the trash.
You're killing me.
What kind of dogs?

As a former chef who likes reality tv, what do you think of shows like Top Chef and Hell's Kitchen?
welcome! my sister is a chef, she went to culinary school at CIA (I think that's what it's called?) up in SF.
are you from the area or did you just recently move?
I LOVE Top Chef! I have watched Hell's kitchen but I think the yelling is a little over the top and a little ridiculous at times. I think Top Chef has better, talented chefs.
I think there is a CIA in San Fran. I have always lived in Orange County.

here's my test: how do you feel about bacon? bacon with chocolate? bacon in caramel? bacon with...anything?
Bacon is my friend. I would use bacon or cook in bacon grease at any possible chance I get (does that sound gross?). If you love bacon with chocolate you must go to Animal in LA they have a to die for frozen bacon chocolate dessert.
animal is #1 on my list of wishes for birthday month. and now even more so - frozen bacon chocolate? mmm. i just polished off the last of my chocolate-covered bacon stash yesterday.

I'm not a picky girl when it comes to cupcakes I love them all. But if I had to pick one it would have to be a chocolate cupcake with a peanut butter cream cheese icing.
wan just sent me a recipe for this kind of cupcake. but with bacon added.
i've got a great recipe bookmarked that i'm going to try next week. chocolate cupcake, peanut butter/cream cheese mousse topping. WITH BACON.

Dude, not a fatass! I would do the same thing! I LOOOVVEEE peanut butter...add chocolate and I'm in for sure!
i have done this. i used to keep a jar of peanut butter in my desk at work at all times. and would just eat scoops out of it randomly. or when things got stressful. heh.
