anyone have a good salsa chicken crockpot recipe?
I had one that I used a while back but I can't find it now. Any recommendations? I have lots of laundry and stuff to do to get ready for the upcoming school year, so I don't have lots of time to cook dinner. Can you believe its back to school time already?
Thanks!

This is my favorite:
Slow-Cooker Tex-Mex Chicken
Prep Time: 15 min
Total Time: 8 hr 15 min
Makes:
Makes 4 servings.
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips (I use tenderloins)
2 Tbsp. (1/2 of 1-1/4-oz. pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix (I use lower sodium)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 each: green and red pepper, cut into strips
1 cup frozen corn
1-1/2 cups Thick 'N Chunky Salsa (I used medium)
1/3 cup water
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese
Toss chicken with seasoning and flour in slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients (except cheese).
Cook on Low 6-8 hours (or on High 3 - 4 hours); stir. Top with cheese.
I know that you are already cooking it but the recipe I use is
4 chicken breasts
1 jar salsa
1 can corn
1 can black beans
Cook on low for 8 hours. For the last 1/2 hour add 1 block cream cheese.
oh man...I'm starving...!
I knew there was another secret ingredient! Definitely doesn't keep it lowfat, but it makes it oh so yummy (so I've heard!) Thanks!
I've used low fat sour cream in it too.
