  • Everyone of us at one point was the newbie. You just have to jump in and start posting. No other way around it.

  • Ooh, I'll play!

I had Cheez-Its for lunch and homemade chili for dinner.

I am always hungry after Lean Cuisines.  I am clearly a pig.  :P

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

  • I've posted about this board (yes, good things) on the knot.  Some have ventured over here themselves.  I think, like Syl said, its our comfort zone over there.  Some of us have bonded for almost 2 years now and we're comfortable there.  Some others have come over here and didn't feel like it was time to start posting here.  I never influenced their decision.  In fact I have said a few times that everyone on here is nice.

So Les, what did you have for lunch? I had a lean cuisine flatbread melt for those who are interested.

I had leftover chicken taquito thingies from El Pollo Loco.  And for dinner I had TJ's chicken tikka masala and some naan.

Yep. The first time I posted on the knot I had been married for over 6 months and only wanted to say hi to Angelina. Look where it got me :)

  • This is really sad :0( why would someone turn a post about someone trying to offer their condolences into a "we dont like someone" post
I didnt know there was hurt feelings between the boards eigther but never the less this is really the most inapropriate time to have brought it up.
My offer to help with the yardsale still stands I want to be able to help her family in anyway I can. I went back a few pages earlier trying to put a face with the name and I saw the pics Amy took of her and her husband recently and it just breaks my heart that this happened to her and her family....
Amy you did an amazing job the pictures are beautiful....

I had a bowl of coco puffs and a small amount of cookie dough ice cream. :)

I am still not in the loop on this, but if you guys love it there, then cool.  I guess I am missing what the big deal is.

I think we can put this one to bed.  It's just not the right time for this discussion.

You guys can come over and post when you're ready.  I totally get it.  I think there's some kind of misunderstanding going on right now or something.  In order to bridge the gap, I think we should talk about what we're having for lunch tomorrow. ;)

I agree.  I was trying to leave it alone but there was one post that got me going.  I was going to address everything at a later time...not now.  Totally inapropriate.

Did you know that someone goes into the TJ's at the Riverside Plaza and brings a cooler to stock up on chicken tikka masala?  I'm lucky to get any of it!  Dammit.

I love the poonaani bread, too. :P

    Bad timing on this

  • Hmm, a national board where a poster can put whatever they want. How about that? Gee, if I wanted to post about C lastest poop or a fight I had w/P no one could stop me.

What a concept. I guess that's why it's open to the public. So, when remarks are made, postive or negative the word gets around.

Veggie sandwich, wish I had some cheezits. Darn, noush & kim!

  • By the way, I skipped lunch, but had some amazing spaghetti for dinner. MMMMM I love pasta

Yes. And I'm with Kim -still rather confused.

I came around about the same time you did.  Then I ran off to the national boards and returned after most got married and migrated over here.  I decided to stay and revive the board since I wasn't married yet anyway.

  • I am truly upset to wake up (I live in Helsinki, Finland so I am 10 hours ahead) and find that this is what my post has turned into. This post was meant to be for Jewelyn, and instead you girls had to make it about something so silly. I did not know Jewelyn, but I am sure that this is not what she would have wanted. Out of respect for her, I would appreciate it if there were no more replies to this post.
