    Hello from Nor Cal. I am so sorry to hear about this incredible loss.

    I wanted to suggest contacting the Liz Logelin Foundation, which is a foundation set up to help widows/widowers with dependant children. It was set up by Matt Logelin who lost his wife Liz, the day after she gave birth to their first child. Philip would surely qualify.
