Where was your honeymoon? What was your favorite thing to do there? Hawaii. I think my favorite thing was checking out volcano national park. Very cool. Otherwise it was relaxing at the beach.
Are you originally from MA? If not, what brought you here? Grew up here, left for college, met my H, and dragged him back here with me when I graduated.

What's your favorite movie? I don't really have a favorite. I watched "Across the Universe" a few weeks ago and it was awesome. I always enjoy Billy Madison.

Are you originally from MA? If not, what brought you here? No. I moved around growing up due to my dad's job. I do consider myself a native New Englander though having spent most of my life in NH or MA. I've lived in MA for the past 11 years which is by far my longest stint anywhere.

JCam- we do! What did you think of PV? Where did you stay? We were at Dreams & it was ok... we didn't do anything adventurous. I would have done the ziplining but I hate heights (i've been before) but it takes me a while to build up the courage to go... so I didn't want to hold up a group.
Mrs.T- I played briefly in elementary school and started for real in middle school, played throughout high school and a bit in a club in college. I love field hockey! Some of my little neighbors at our place in Maine started this year and I can't wait to hit the ball around with them next summer!

When/where was your wedding? - September 5, 2009 - Butternut Farm in Stow, MA
Where was your honeymoon? - We flew into San Diego and then spent 2 weeks driving up the coast, stopping in LA, Cambria, San Fran and ending with 4 days in Wine Country.
What was your favorite thing to do there? - the whole thing was amazing, but my favorite was the hot air balloon ride over Napa
Are you originally from MA? - Nope, my whole family is in Providence, RI
If not, what brought you here? - I went to college at Assumption College in Worcester and then just never left. Lived on campus over the summers and moved in with a boyfriend when I graduated.
Do you have any pets? - Nope. We like to travel and go on vacation and I'm kind of against poop. So no pets.

What's your favorite local restaurant? - All Seasons in Malden has the best sushi I've had anywhere...big cities, West Coast, anywhere. It's wonderful.
OMG, how was this?! DH and I walked by a hot air balloon display at the mall a few weeks ago and I was like are you kidding me, that is the size of the basket? It looked like it could only fit three people, max. Was there any control over the balloon or did you just kind of float around and land when you found somewhere good?
It was awesome!! The basket we were in fit 12 people, kind of snuggly plus the operator..who had been doing this for like 20 years all over the world, so I felt pretty safe.
Basically, they just go up and up until they find a breeze to float along on. It was SO gorgeous and such a smooth ride. I really have no idea how much control the operator guy has, but we landed in a big field and the van was there to take us back to where we started, so he had to be heading in the right direction, you know?
It was an awesome experience. Even DH, who's afraid of heights, loved it.

Where was your honeymoon? What was your favorite thing to do there? Bali. It was probably the least active vacation DH and I have ever taken so I think just having time to be together and unwind was great.

It was just so boring if you didnt have a car... and I didnt. =(
It definitely was. Freshman year I got into this ridiculous fight with my dad about how I needed/wanted a car and he told me to get a job. I told him I'd love to get a job, but I couldn't get one without a car. And I couldn't buy a car without a job....so we were stuck in this catch-22. He ended up buying me a beater of an 89 Camry, so I could get a job and pay him back for the car (which I did!!)
But I totally agree, it was really tough to be at Assumption with no car
