Oh Jaime, they're awesome! Did you wear pre-preg jeans? WOW! I adore the one of you two on the bed with your pup...so sweet!
Mine are scheduled for November 4th, but I will just be almost 28 weeks! Now I wonder if I should have scheduled them closer to my EDD? I thought at 28 weeks my bump will be at the cute stage and not too scary!

Lori, I scheduled mine kinda early, too - 27 weeks (because I wanted to use them for Christmas cards) and I'm afraid my bump still won't be very big, or round and cute. It's still hasn't really rounded out! I'm wondering if I should schedule another session for later, too. But I'm afraid my face is gonna get round and puffy. Gah.
we had originally scheduled for a few weeks ago (@ 35wks) but we had rain/thunder and had to reschedule, hence the really late session. I think my photographer likes to do them after 32 weeks though. she advised me to schedule the session before 34 weeks b/c she said that I would get big and uncomfortable after that..... I wasn't too worried about being uncomfortable during the shoot but was worried my bump would be too small if we did it too early....
but if I had to go back and do it again, I think that 32-34 wks is just perfect... your bump is nice and big and you aren't too swollen yet. At 34 wks my face started to swell some (boo!) and then I also started getting anxious I would deliver early and miss the whole session altogether! so that is just my suggestion but I don't think 28 wks is way too early
those jeans are actually maternity jeans - they are the full panel "secret fit" jeans from motherhood maternity but for the belly pic I just rolled in the panel under to hide it
there is no way I could fit in pre-PG jeans right now!!!

funny story about the dog....... the photographer told us to get on the bed and as soon as we were posed and ready to shoot, the dog jumped up there w/o prompting and just posed in front of the camera just like that!!! she totally thought that the photographer was there to take pictures of her

This is why we scheduled them early too. I have had a noticeable bump since 16 weeks and now, there is no question that I am PG. Being a bigger girl to begin with I feel that the more into the third tri I get the more "scary pregnant" I may look!

Thanks for the advice and tip on the making the jeans look "normal." I plan to wear jeans but don't think I'll being going bare belly! You look fantastic!

Beautiful. It's amazing that you are so lean with the addition of the baby belly. I think we all wish to look that good in jeans - pregnant or not. You look great!
