Post-delivery was the worst part for me too, I kept track of my pain meds on the Itzbeen timer because I wanted to make sure the nurses didn't get behind 
One thing I wish someone would have told me was that I could have put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my hospital door....it was like a train station with all the nurses and techs that went in and out. Take advantage of that so you can get as much rest as possible...although I'm sure all you'll want to do is stare at sweet Annalise. xo
