Ok, I got so many great ideas on locations that now I'm not sure which one to use
Here are the choices.
1.) The Raddison hotel in philly gave the ok to do photos http://www.radisson.com/philadelphiapa the lobby is gorgeous
2.) 30th st station...didn't contact them yet but I'm sure they would be ok with it
and would you do one of those over Rowan even if the weather isn't too bad? we have 2 hrs to get from the church to the photo location and then back to Adelphias for the 7:30 cocktail hour so I want to make sure the location will work and we won't be stuck in a huge crowd.
Re: Which one :)
Not to sound like "Debbie Downer" but keep in mind that you will not actually have 2 hours when it comes down to it. I swore we built in PLENTY of time to do photos after our ceremony so we could attend our cocktail hour. We ended up making it to the very end of cocktail hour. Just food for thought.
Good Luck choosing a gorgeous location!
Yeah I know it actually won't be 2 hrs....our ceremony is over at 5 and then we have half an hour to do photos in the church and then from 5:30 till 7:30 to do photos...so we actually have 2 1/2 hrs after the ceremony but I cut out time for church photos....we also aren't doing a recieving line. I don't care if we aren't there at the start of the cocktail hour as long as we are there for atleast half of it.
I figure if it takes 30 minutes up and back to philly to Adelphias in Deptford (which it probably won't take) then it leaves an hour for actual pictures.
Natalie: Good point about the parking.....as far as traffic, we drove into the city last NYE to see how the traffic was at 6pm and there was none so that I'm not too worried about...most things don't start until 8 or later in the city
Now i'm confused
Hmmm
