I loathe Sprint

Dh's family has had sprint since it existed, so when I got my 1st cell phone (fresh. yr of college), I got Sprint got mobile to mobile. Well, in Aug '08 H and I combined plans since we were about to get married. What a hassle!!!

 

Since then I have only gotten 4 bills that were correctly charged. They still don't have our plan entered as 6:00 nights even though it is stated on the account bc every rep I talks to knows that's the plan. So for 17 months I have spent an hour going thru my bill and calling cust. service to have additional charges removed.

Today was the last straw and I went to the Better Business Bureau site online and filed a complaint. At the end, it asks what you desire from this. My response was

I want my bill to arrive with the correct charges each month. Meaning all calls after 6:00 are night and the only overcharges I receive are for making more than 550 minutes worth of calls before 6:00 on weekdays.

Also, I would like a personal apology and reimbursement for having to do the job of a Sprint employee for the past 17 months. Since a few bills were correct, I would like reimbursement for 13 months at a Sprint employee's wage.

 

I cannnot wait for our contract to end (damn new phones). We are leaving as soon as they're up!

  • So sorry!  We have to have Verizon cause we can't get any signals from others...

    Funny and impressed you're asking for an apology!  Good for you!

  • Go you!!   I hope that Sprint straightens up for you.  My parents have them and love them but I've heard others complain.  I had a friend get deployed and he tried to cancel his cell plan.  THey tried to charge him and the lady at the Sprint store basically called him a liar.
