Krc - I used to have a Maverick at the after school program I worked for, he was one of my all time favorites, and I have always loved the name Maverick too! Although, DH won't go for it.

Kristina - How about August September? Kidding!! :)

    HA!...you're hilarious....  :)

Oooh ooh.. I wanna play too...it's funny I was just thinking about this today after lurking on the Bump... I'm missing some middle names though...

GIRLS: Amelia Rae,  Ella Grace , Lilah,  Mackenna

BOYS: Noah Jacob, Jonah Benjamin , and Mason James

Ella Grace used to be my #1! But now my SIL has an Eva, so too close for comfort.

I know you didn't ask for opinions, but if you tell people your baby names before you have the baby, people will always give their opinion! :)  Aidan is definitely one of the most popular names right now. I read an article with a list of the most popular names and if memory severs, Aidan was THE #1 most used. It seems like all boys right now are Jack, Max, and Aidan.

I know it's really popular, but I've loved it for years. I look at it this way, it'll be like being named "Michael" for our son. Nothing wrong with that. Hubby and I have very common names too and that's just fine. We both love our names (Kelly & Justin)!

  • Grrr... I hate the way there's a trend in baby names.  My favorites were ones that I liked WAY before they became really popular and now they're really common  : (  My #1 girls name was Ava, and then my SIL went and named her little girl Ava so now that's ruined. Plus, she's a really obnoxious little girl so that ruins the even more. Ha- I'm mean!

Girl names I like are (were) Ava, Elise, Alayna, Kaylee, Kylie, Rebecca (Becca), and Emma.  Boy names I like are (were) Aiden, Carter, William (Will), and Samuel.  I also really like Jack, and not because it became popular lately but because DH, his father, his grandfather, and his uncle are all named John (with different middle names). I'd like to carry on the tradition but it gets really confusing. So I'd name him John but call him Jack since Jack is the traditional nickname for John.

  • I had 2 new girls join me in kindergarden today and they are both sweethearts. Their names are Apollonia and Lizzie, two really cute names!
