Just thought I'd try something to liven up this (once again) very slooooooow post day.
What are your guilty pleasures? Are they obvious (like me with *Twilight*) or are they things that you do in secret (like the Sex & The City episode where Carrie talks about "secret single behavior" and confesses she eats a stack of Saltines with grape jelly on them while standing up in the kitchen reading fashion magazines)?
Most of mine are obvious (i.e., I don't hide them):
Twilight and all* Twilight related things
*actually, it's not all. I do draw a line at some crap. Now, granted, it's a fine line, but it's there.
McDonald's Chicken McNuggets
InStyle Weddings
The Millionaire Matchmaker on Bravo
The Family Feud -- seriously, any time, any channel, I LOVE watching the Feud
Christina Aguilera's song "Dirrrty"
The Pussycat Dolls song "Don't Cha"
'Fess up. What are yours?
Re: Poll: Guilty Pleasures
My life is one big guilty pleasure. Haha.
- Real Housewives of Orange County
- old Ashlee Simpson and Hilary Duff CDs
- really bad chick flicks
Lucy Elizabeth 10.27.12
I don't watch chick flicks or listen to pop music pretty much at all, the typical guilty pleasures. I do watch a lot more reality TV than I ever thought I would, but my favorites are Supernanny and The Biggest Loser, not exactly guilt-inducing (though I am totally with you on Millionaire Matchmaker. I find her educational, though!).
I eat a lot of candy. I feel pretty guilty about that. Like, a lot.
And a new one, I'm getting into since marriage, is reading married woman magazines like O and Good Housekeeping. I would not want my friends to find out about that.

The song Summer Girls, by LFO.
The Thong Song
All of the Real Housewives
2AM street-meat with peppers and onions after getting out of the bar in the city
Rapping Baby Got Back
The Nest, facebook and cooking blogs... I spend so much time on all of it.
Cheesy chick flicks
Fruity candy (starburst, jellybeans, cherry sours, etc.) Its a huge struggle trying to cut them out of my diet
Diet coke - I've cut back to one per day at least... I cut it out completely for a while but then it was on sale.
Baking/Cooking... I make things all the time for DH to take to work, take to the ILs etc that I dont need to make. I could easily cut our grocery bill by $50 a month if I quit doing this but its fun and stress relief for me.

Married
Singing to the radio. Especially 90's r&b on long car rides alone. I will belt them out like I'm singing for a grammy.
Big Boy fries and gravy.
Nearly every show on the Food Network and E! especially Girls Next Door.
Beer brats
Ramen - about 3-4x a week
McDonald's Diet Coke.
Real Housewives of Anywhere, and, for that matter, almost everything on Bravo. And WE. Including wedding shows (which I still secretly tivo, watch, and delete before Alex sees that I've recorded it)
Teen Mom & 16 and Pregnant
Christina's Ain't No Other Man-- especially while dancing/cleaning in my undies when the mister is at work. Shhh.
Vogue
Nail polish. It is my recent addiction since I've had to cut down on shoe shopping.
I survived the RoLex wedding and all I got was this lousy husband.
One&Only Palmilla - Los Cabos, Mexico
How is McDonald's Diet Coke different from other Diet Coke?
Lucy Elizabeth 10.27.12
I have lots actually:
-Real Housewives franchise
-GOSSIP GIRL
-trashy magazines
-bright nail polish
-fast food
-cheap wine
-eating raw cookie dough
I think sarajoy and I were separated from birth. THIS.

For some reason, their ratio of cola mix to carbonation is sublime. That or they put crack in it or something...
I survived the RoLex wedding and all I got was this lousy husband.
One&Only Palmilla - Los Cabos, Mexico
-chick flicks and tween movies
-any vh1 reality show that has the word love in it
-16 & pregnant, Teen Mom and Jersery Shore

Married
-Peanut butter and marshmellow on anything
-TV shows made for teens (90210, teen mom, Gossip Girl)
-oversized sweatpants (but only around the house)
-granny panties (ok, not really granny but I love taking off my thong at the end of the day and putting on some cotton ones with stars on the butt, cause I can't sleep in a thong)
This is our absolute favorite! We found it for $7 a bottle one time when visiting my parents and stocked up. My parents thought we were crazy but we don't have a lot left.
This reminded me, have any of you guys heard how he (Sisqo) had a child with a 14 year old girl when he was 20? I don't know if it was confirmed or not . http://wendyista.blogspot.com/2009/07/court-sisqo-must-pay-child-support-for.html
My guilty pleasure are:
Real Housewives of Orange County (and I can't wait for the Beverly Hills one)
Real tacos
Teen Mom, 16 & pregnant
Perez Hilton
The Food Channel, even the shows I find annoying.
Bad tv - Bridezillas, the original Girls next door/their spin offs, Teen Mom, tacky VH1 dating shows
Coca-cola (i didn't want to put just coke and have people think i'm a druggie
) and I do agree that McDonalds has the best fountain sodas
people.com
Comfy pants and sweatshirts
Britney Spears music
WTF!?!
Riiiight? I knew I couldn't be the only person who believes this.
I survived the RoLex wedding and all I got was this lousy husband.
One&Only Palmilla - Los Cabos, Mexico
chick flicks
pop music (kelly clarkson, lady gaga, 90s boy bands, etc)
celeb gossip / most anything on E!
chick lit / twilight type books
chocolate anything
They totally do. It tastes totally different. I still have a regular coke chilling in my fridge from McD's from 2 days ago and it's perfect still.
Great Q!
Let's see, I have a lot as well:
1. Blogs
2. Eyeshadow
3. I also love the RH, but I don't watch Atlanta. All of the other ones are classic!
4. Magazines. All of them. I read and have subscriptions to so many it's ridiculous.
5. Bread. Any kind. With butter. LOVE IT!
6. Swiss Rolls. My life has not been the same without them
7. Real soda. I hate diet anything. Cherry coke is my fave.
(PS-Choo, have you been checking out my blog, I have been posting lots of nail polish colors recently now that I don't have disgusting eczema growing all over my hands!)
I have!!! I love that orange color (I saw the whole coral debate on f&b-- holy hades) and I'm still obsesed with the new Essie lilac color. It should be called bag 'o Choo since it is almost the exact color of Jimmy Choo bags. Ugh. Must. Buy. It.
And we're totally right about the McDonald's soda. Best ever!

This is M's favorite as well. Costco sells it for $8 or $9 a bottle. Lucky the Maple Grove and St Louis Park location carries it.
We let our membership expire but this alone may be reason to bring it back! I never thought to check the CoonRapids one but Maple Grove is not far at all.
Not sure if this is true but I was told you don't have to have a membership to buy alcohol. It could be Costco or Sams...not sure though but perhaps something to look into.
that coral debacle was hilarious.
keep me updated on new colors you find please! I bought Chinchilly on your rec (did you see your shout-out in the blog?)
A shout out? You're the sweetest. I totally missed it!

I'm going to have to look into this, there is a Costco closer to my house than Liquor Barn and a bottle there is $11 - $12. Did you guys know they now have a Chardonnay blend as well as Rose and White blends? The white and the Chardonnay are both good but I wasnt a fan of the Rose.
